1. What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your item is wrong, damaged, or defective, it is fully eligible for return or replacement, Please contact us immediately and provide photos, so we can arrange the return at no additional cost.

2. How can I start a return? To start a return, you can contact us at cherry@cherryf.com. Please provide your order details and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. How long does it take to receive a refund? Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10- 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
