CherryFurnie – Warranty Policy

All vidaXL products sold by CherryFurnie come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty starting from the delivery date.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty or missing parts

  • Damage from transport

  • Functional issues under normal use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Request Warranty Service

If your item develops a problem, email us at cherry@cherryf.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • A short description

You must report the issue within 2 months of noticing it, and the warranty is valid for the full 2 years.

What We Will Do

After reviewing your case, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement of the faulty item or parts

  • Partial refund/discount if suitable

  • Refund if replacement is not possible
