Cherryfurnie – Return & Replacement Policy
Please note: Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges based on color preference, size, or style changes once an order has been delivered.
✅ Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
✅ Eligibility for Return
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
✅ How to Start a Return
Contact us at cherry@cherryf.com, and we will guide you through the process, including where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
✅ Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.
✅ Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and resolve it free of charge.
✅ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

✅ Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item first. Once approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
✅ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at cherry@cherryf.com.
