For orders within the United Arab Emirates, we partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time. You can expect to receive your order within 4 - 7 business days from the date of placing the order.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Fees Orders returned with the reason "Not as expected" will be charged a fee of AED 44.99.
